Ho passato oltre quarant'anni dentro gli hotel. Per quindici anni ho diretto il gruppo ToFlorence Hotels a Firenze — dal cinque stelle Villa Olmi Resort al Plaza Hotel Lucchesi e al Mulino di Firenze — dopo aver guidato strutture come l'Hotel Delle Nazioni, il resort Poggio dei Medici e l'Hotel Brunelleschi, e aver mosso i primi passi tra Firenze, Londra ed Edimburgo.
I have spent more than forty years inside hotels. For fifteen years I led the ToFlorence Hotels group in Florence — from the five-star Villa Olmi Resort to Plaza Hotel Lucchesi and Mulino di Firenze — after directing properties such as Hotel Delle Nazioni, the Poggio dei Medici resort and Hotel Brunelleschi, and starting out between Florence, London and Edinburgh.
